I purchased this vest for my 22 lbs toddler, not a perfect fit, as she is extremely small, but it definitely keeps her afloat and safe in the pool. She is quite picky, and loves it very much, and wears it willingly. able to actually try to swim with it. feels comfortable. especially important are the shoulder straps, some of the vests are not full vests, so they don’t have shoulder straps, my friend has one, and their vest just slides of her child.
I recommend this item, but note that for the smaller child it is not a perfect fit, would probably fit older children better.

My kiddo has only worn this once so far, and it seemed to work pretty well. Was a bit large (he’s only about 23 pounds), but didn’t go over his head while he was in the water.
I bought this one since it seemed to be sized for how small he is, but as you can see from the screenshot and picture (the tags attached to the vest), there are four different size ranges listed, so I honestly have no idea which is accurate.
