   This gave our child the confidence they needed to take off independently and swim! Our 3.5 year old felt so comfortable swimming. Our 2 year old, who is already fearless, took off with this floating device and tested his swimming balance, on occasion he would turn onto his back which this device made it hard to turn back over. But of course parents still need to be close by to assist when needed. I would highly recommend this product, it gives the children the confidence and parents the reassurance needed!

   We’re transitioning our toddler from a large sit-in baby float to these floaties. So far, he hates them and it’s a battle to get them on him. However, they do work as advertised and so far I’m feeling pretty good about them after one use.

   It’s hard to make a life jacket that is supposed to work for such a wide range of weight. My 2 year old twins weigh 30 lbs each and this product is definitely a tad big. Of course it helps them float, but if they can’t reach the bottom of the pool then it’s hard for them to stay upright. If they turn onto their back, they get stuck. I’m obviously next to them the entire time but I think this would be a product better suited for a 40+ lb child. Or a child who actually knows how to swim a little bit.

   My 3yo used this to help him learn to swim, keeps face and chest up well. Wouldn’t use for smaller children because they can fall backwards into the water. Best to be used for children that know to flip and stay on their belly when in water
