My kid loves sharks and this thing has a shark on the back so he’s happy. Seems well made overall so we’re pretty satisfied. Ordered the Medium for him (he’s like 45″, 43 pounds, something like that, a tallish five year old). It fits but we’ll only get one season out of it, should have ordered a large for sure. I’d size up if you’re anywhere near the next size.

This is the life jacket we have been looking for! Perfect for toddlers. Not too big but yet does what you need it to!

My son has special needs and hasn’t quite figured out he needs to keep his mouth closed when he’s playing in the water. We got this vest and just turned it backwards so the headrest piece keeps his face out of the water. He still has the ability to move around and play but with much less of a choking concern. The lifeguards on base check every vest to make sure it’s approved, and they have no concerns with using it this way.
