Got this for my 5 year old. It works great as a float but it rides up after awhile and rubs her chin. Have to keep pulling it down and tightening strap. Still recommend but just be aware it may rub.

My daughter is 27lbs and this was big on her, especially around her arms. The waist has adjustable straps so that helped and it was ok because she did float. Eventually she’ll grow into it, but it was uncomfortable for her cause it kept riding up to her neck and we just had to keep pushing it down. Definitely big for 27lbs

Description is misleading! So what is the minimum weight? Is it 22 lbs or is it 30 lbs? It ended up being too big for my two year old. We tried it out but since the vest is big we constantly having to adjust the float to keep her upright. The arm bands are barely hanging on and look like they’re going to slide off her arms. Seems like it could be great for when she’s older / heavier if she’s not swimming on her own by then.

Absolutely no issues and kept her upright in the pool. She was able to kick and move her arms without issue.

We got this for our 2 year old. It’s excellent. Keeps her head above water at the pool and allows her a little more freedom so she’s not clinging to me at the pool. Gives a little comfort knowing she’s safe with me at her side still until I get her swimming lessons!

I cannot believe how cute this life vest is. Not only is it cute, but it held our daughter up out of the water safely! We used it not only in the pool, but also in little coves in the ocean. Our daughter loved to splash and play in the water knowing she was not going to put her head under. It was especially nice as our daughter has had a few ear infections, so this helps keep her head from going under a lot!

We purchased several of these floats because we couldn’t find one that fit perfectly. They either fell off our toddler’s arms or just felt too loose; however, not this one! It fits so well and keeps our toddler above the water. It’s very buoyant.

My 3 year old loves swimming and she always wants to do it by herself which means I have to stay close to her so she can enjoy the pool but that means I’m on kid patrol. I bought this for a trip and she turned into a regular ol mermaid.
She was able to explore and swim on her own and I was able to enjoy the pool too. Great quality, it was easy to put on and she was comfortable with no issues. Best trip investment ever.
